Dear Mountain Interactive Community and Staff,

I hope you're well. Recently, my brother enabled 2-factor authentication on my account without my permission, and now I've lost access to it. I'm worried about losing the Plan I've invested in, which is worth quite a bit to me.

Could you please let me know if there's a way to regain access to my account or transfer the Plan to a new one? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
