Give us an Incident Description: I was doing something on discord and he just killed me then after I respawn he cuffed me so I went to the station because he wanted to grab me and I met parkouristk he uncuffed me.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, FailRP, Team killing

How long do you think the player be punished for: 2-3 weeks
