Give us an Incident Description:

I was walking to the entrance to go on patrol when I saw a man in a prison uniform running around, so I tased him, stopped him, handcuffed him and put him in jail. Then this man somehow followed me and as soon as I put him in the jail, He started playing with him by shooting him with live bullets and making him bleed. I thought I was relieved that this was over for the moment, but suddenly he dragged the prisoner out of the cell and tried to get him free with his car, so I got into his car and retrieved the prisoner. Then he shot at me and I shot back. He seemed angry at that and kept trying to kill me.

 

What rules / offences did the player break: FRP, Freeing the prisoner while in police faction, Intended team kill, Prisoner Bullying, Griefing

How long do you think the player be punished for: Permanent
