Give us an Incident Description: After a pursuit he had wreaked his car and proceeded to exit his car, at which point I gave him commands to get on the ground and apparently it wasnt doing it, I deployed my beanbag gun to incapacitate the subject. He proceed to try and call and Admin and I had roleplayed the whole time and he ended up teaming him self to avoid an arrest. 

What rules / offences did the player break: LTTA / Resetting to Avoid Arrest

How long do you think the player be punished for: Perm Ban (ruins the RP environment)
