Why I should be unbanned: I was on the main road driving as CHP, a Riverside Sheriff slammed into me coming from the opposite lane of travel. He slammed into me head on. He then pulled over stating "Im so sorry bro so sorry" and began to flee the scene. He then spun back around and positioned himself behind his patrol car and started firing shots at me. He was successful in killing me. Upon returning to the city, he then attempted hitting me with his vehicle, which I then placed him in handcuffs and placed in my Tahoe. He then started Screaming over the radio about a "Rogue CHP" and him "Being Kidnapped" and such things. I then stated over the radio "Hes not being kidnapped, hes being arrested."  The admin who assisted him failed to ask me any sort of questions and banned me about 20 minutes after the incident with no warning. My side of the story was never asked for, nor did I leave the server or do anything preventing that from happening. I have absolutely no prior warnings or talks with by any Moderator of Mountain Interactive.

Hello, instead of further instigating the situation, you should have reported the user and/or utilized the "!help" command in-game. It is not permitted that players retaliate against other players in spite and to cause altercations. 

 

The ban will be remaining and will end on 5/26/23 at 5:56 PM.

After reviewing the video properly which I did not do before, I've determined that you were frustrated with the other person spamming the radio and who was inside of your vehicle.

I believe they reported you to be petty from them provoking you.

 

You will be unbanned. The prior moderation interaction was reviewed poorly, but it is not anyone's fault, just a simple misunderstanding.
