This message is for Joanna. I don't understand how I "Further Instigated or did in Spite" in regards to arresting the Sheriff in question if he literally attempted to hit me with his vehicle when I returned to the city from CHP Spawn and placed him in handcuffs. I don't believe that counts as instigation if he further continued his actions and I placed him in cuffs for it. Please Elaborate. Thanks.

What I mean is that you failed to contact a staff member to assess the situation, instead you took it into your own hands as a player, which escalated the situation and is why you are here now.
