When considering joining the Mountain Interactive Community Moderation Team, it is crucial to evaluate your true will and passion for the job. We are searching for individuals who derive their drive from contributing to our community, achieving remarkable results alongside us, and gaining a unique professional experience. Our philosophy revolves around the belief that the more staff members we have, the merrier, as long as each individual exhibits good judgment, discipline, and maturity, and remains active. By being dedicated, driven, and genuinely desiring to make a positive impact, you can play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our community.

 

We are actively seeking staff members who embody a set of key attributes essential to our team's success and the overall well-being of our community. These attributes include:

Staff Application Rules: 

 

  1. You must use proper grammar/punctuation at all times.
  2. You may not apply if you have recent moderation history within the last 60 days or bans that break Roblox Terms of Service & Mountain Interactive Terms of Service and our Community Standards. 
  3. You must be at least 15 Years of Age to apply to become a staff member.
  4. You understand to enforce Mountain Interactive's Terms and Community Standards.
  5. You understand that being a moderator doesn't make you an official team member of Mountain Interactive or its dependents.
