I got pulled over by an SRU And gived me an Ticket for no reason and infact pulled an lethal weapon on me does he have authority?

No. SRU doesn't even patrol, so they have no authority at all to give you a ticket, and even unlawfully drawing a gun on you. If you have their usernames and some proof, you should better report them.
