Give us an Incident Description: I was working at the gas station down the street from the gun store when Emperrormemehelm_III walked into the gas station and cuffed me for no reason. He then took me to his patrol car which he parked in the middle of the road with the driver's side door open. He places me in the front seat and then he gets in the car. He somehow glitches me and his car out. Next, he proceeds to take me out his car, pull his shotgun out of nowhere, and kill me while I was still detained. After I respawned, I went back to the gas station to continue doing what I was doing and minding my own business. i stepped outside the gas station to RP that I was refilling the ice freezer outside the store and I saw that he was still there. He walks up to me and detains me saying "you are my friend now
", while walking towards the road with me yelling at him repeatedly in all caps to let me go. After I yelled at him in all caps repeatedly to let me go, he still ignores me. However, when I said that I have him on video, he pauses for a moment, then says "I here by sentence you on deathx by being a worker" before walking me to the side wall of the gas station (facing the road), drawing his handgun, backing up, and shooting me six times. He continues doing this three more times.
Side Note: Please find attached two screenshots of the kill logs which show that Emperrormemehelm_III killed me 5 times. The videos are numbered numerically as 'vid1', vid2', and 'vid3'. I had two other videos of this, but I couldn't find them saved anywhere on my PC.
What rules / offences did the player break: RDM x5, Tool Abuse, FRP, NITRP
How long do you think the player be punished for: Permanently (the fact that he did this 5 times clearly shows that he doesn't care)
