Warning Reason: RDM, GTA-D, FRP

Why I should have the warning Expunged: Warning is bullshit, I accidently crashed my car during an RP pursuit and got smacked with GTA-D. I was speeding from police and had to ditch my car because the police officer in front of me stoped suddenly and I crashed into him. In the effort of doing so, I pulled my gun out in retaliation of crashing to eliminate the threat that lurked behind me, then I was smacked with F RP.

After obtaining a statement from the staff member and watching over the clip I believe that this warning should not be removed.
