Description Of the Incident: So I had shut down the slip road to the highway due to a large crash and officer down situation just beyond it, and this undercover white tahoe suddenly speeds out of nowhere, no lights or sirens on at me, then yells at me to move, only when I don't, does he activate his lights and sirens, he still didn't identify he was an FBI Agent or even a moderator, he then just threatens to make me go 'poof' if I didn't move when I do, he comes back and tries to lecture me on how to close a sliproad, then deletes my car and when I I ask him for his username he just drives off. He never identified himself as a moderator or staff member, just threatened to make my vehicle go 'poof' and then deleted it'. He had no reason to delete my vehicle either as I had a legitimate reason to shut the highway, you can still see on the radio that I was asked to close it, I can provide a clip from the scene of the accident if required too. As an FBI Agent he shouldn't have broken traffic laws by driving the wrong side down a highway without emergency lights or sirens activated, as a mod he should have known this. He also failed to identify himself as either an FBI Agent or a Moderator and instead just immediately threatened to delete my vehicle. He then abused his tool by deleting my vehicle with no real reasoning. He also was unprofessional in his duties by abusing the tool, failing to identify himself as staff before committing moderating actions, and then failing to give me a reason or his username.
Committed Offenses: FRP (in terms of not acting properly as an FBI Agent), staff abuse (threatening to delete my vehicle then deleting it with no real reasoning), and unprofessionalism.
