Helicopter refuel has broken, I checked it and same with others who can spawn it.
You can fly and everything but as soon as you land and or stay on a helicopter pad you will not gain fuel. Even just running the helicopter on the pad it will not refuel.
No it will also not refuel while it is off. I recorded it....
