[ACCEPTED] Ballistic vest system

Some sort of ballistic vest system should be implemented with different levels.
Kevlar
1. Absorbs handgun rounds
2. Absorbs buckshot.
3. Slug, and any rifle round will pierce through Kevlar vest.

Steel/Ceramic/ Titanium
1. Absorbs any handgun threat.
2. Any rifle threat
3. Any shotgun threat.

Whoever gets these vest, is up to the HR. My suggestion:
Sheriff: Kevlar
California Highway Patrol: Kevlar
Banning Police: Kevlar, Steel
Special Response Unit: Ceramic, Steel, Kevlar, Titanium
Barry's Security Services: Kevlar

Depending on the vest material, it would be able to absorb rounds; before having to be replaced at an armory.



If the vest system can't be implemented than I guess vest reducing damage to torso would work.

It’s kinda not possible, if you wan to “absorb all threats” people will abuse this system acting like a juggernaut and gun down every people in sight. Or you mean increase your health, minor pain ish.
