Why I should be unbanned: What happened was I saw an RPD officer make a traffic stop in the middle of the road, so I pulled up to assist them as I was heading out of Perris and then he said no 32s needed so I said "Okay" and then I walked to my patrol car and then the suspect got out and started to punch the RPD officer, So then I pulled out my pistol and shot the suspect because I thought that if someone is threatening another persons life you were allowed to shoot them. Yes, I could have used my tazer but at the time I was only thinking about protecting the RPD officer and now I understand what I did wrong.
