Absolutely wonderful handling of the situation about my report, handled both sides equally despite the other side having questionable behavior, kept it direct, asked for evidence, executed everything correctly and made sure to clear out any false accusations flawlessly, i was honestly amused by his professionalism and ability to handle scenes if anything he is a good example of the awesome improvements that happened during the new management team. I wish him all luck on his journey in mountain interactive's staff team.
