Give us an Incident Description: While I was patrolling I saw him going around 125 down the main road in a 2014 Dodge charger while also driving the wrong side of the road ramming me and flipping his car. After I put him in my car he tried to change to the Mail team but was instead brought back to me since he was in cuffs. He then decided to leave the game as I told him that it was all clipped
