I fit all those requirements but I am still having the issue, and this makes me a little mad seeing as I have paid for Gold VIP.

Well, I have an account that I accidently made the age to the day I made it which I normally play on, but I cannot link my MI account to that one and play on it because it is "underage" so I made a new one solely for playing perris.
