In technicality you could tip-toe around it by not having it reference such things like making a brick and calling it illegal then having an "Anti-Brick Task Force" in theory could be allowed but ROBLOX is picky. They also only allow Alcohol for 17+ games now. DEA did exisy in Perris however it got removed. To put simply DEA most likely won't be back due to complications with ROBLOX Terms of Service.

From my understanding of Roblox's TOS, DEA would be against Roblox's TOS. Roblox doesn't permit the referencing of illegal substances such drugs, and even alcohol.
