I was radaring along 215 NB when another user (luigi2524) began
transmitting on the radio non-radio traffic, I asked what his status was and he replied
with a slew of answers whilst still not regarding Radio Traffic after further interests
I found possibly more violations on his MI Profile. Which I don't think are appropriate.
