Give us an Incident Description: I was just setting up to get ready to patrol and then out no where I get pepper spray many times by the player then when I hopped out of my vehicle to confront him about that he then handcuffs me and then shortly after I recorded he then logged which I sadly didn't get but I did clip of him spraying and cuffing me.
