Give us an Incident Description: While, skonyc was speeding and reckless driving in a escelade a sheriffs deputy stopped skonyc at walmart the deputy when on with their stop and skonyc was told to step out after doing so he was given commands by LEO's to surrender his weapon he then went to the back of the deputy's tahoe and unslung his rifle shooting and killing the deputy. I then get a taser on skonyc as skonyc is being tased they are still shooting their rifle no reaction from the taser at all! last of all skonyc then shot and killed me after still unloading after being tased.
