Give us an Incident Description: Player intentionally rammed civillian car while on civillian team into my car during a high speed chase and saying "nope" when I said "move" interfering with the scene.
The cop that arrested me (username: Tengopuebes) also told me this same player pretended to be a police officer prior to the incident and actually tried arresting him.
