Give us an Incident Description: I was being chased by few cops for recklessly driving or sm and then some CHP kinda blocked me and then kept yelling shots fired for no reason and then i stepped out yelling at them that i was my exhaust not my gun and i was standing there for at least a good min so that they can see me that i wasn't shooting and then some random sheriff started blasting his weapons and he killed me.
What rules / offences did the player break: RDM and FRP.
How long do you think the player be punished for: Class B probably if they broke any rules previously
