Refund for San Dimas

Hey Mountain Interactive,

I bought the FBI gamepass for the game San DImas that was made 8 months ago and then taken down a couple months later. I spent 500 robux on that gamepass and was wondering if I can please get a refund, since I can no longer play as FBI. It's really annoying to trustingly give someone something and then get borderlined scammed.

MI can't do refunds and I think its because of how Roblox robux system works. When you buy something such as a gamepass or shirt there are taxes meaning that whenever you make a shirt or gamepass you don't get the full amount of robux because of Roblox taxes and you only get 70% of the Robux while Roblox takes the 30%.
