Give us an Incident Description: So, some staff member flying in a wheelchair was jokingly hitting my chair saying I 'hit' them and his friend (from what I assume) stops me and I pull over for him and mind ya, I'm an on duty LEO also. I pull over, and he walks up and I hop out and says he's w/ a storm chaser "idk", and after I identified myself to him, he says "ok pooki" and shoots me, therefore constituting the RDM.
