Give us an Incident Description: What rules / offences did the player break: How long do you think the player be punished for: Dude has been constantly reteaming to avoid arrest, however this time i manage to catch him doing it, and he says 'watch this' then I cuff him and u see him refreshing as he tried to switch team, he tries this a few more times. In the end he also leaves the game to avoid arrest.
