Give us an Incident Description: I was responding to a panic, that was over by the time I had arrived. After I arrived, an officer described what happened to me and then one of the previous people shot in the panic returned, pulled out a long gun (No RP) and then shot a couple of people before I fired by G19, ending the threat.
