Why I should be unbanned: The server was restarting and I've seen a couple of people at LC. I was heavily lagging at the time so I was walking slowly towards them and I see one of them say "FFA" and/or "free for all before the server restarts" and I took that seriously and actually killed them since i thought they were about to shoot me because of the "FFA"... also I did not have fullscreen on. the reason being is to decrease my lag a bit since i lag more when i have fullscreen on (my apologies i game on a old laptop) so my taskbar covered the PT timer , and I did not notice the peace time icon next to the buttons in the bottom left since i was holding my gun and I was focused on the people. ( I had totally forgot about the PT announcement earlier thinking it had alraedy ended)
