Description Of the Incident: Officer hit their panic button, I pulled up as the suspect was driving away, I opened fire on the suspect and was jailed 5 seconds after. The reported staff member stated he "thought" he saw me rdm the suspect for no apparent reason.

After interviewing both parties and examining the evidence, it appears that there was a misunderstanding. However, it's worth noting that upon arriving at the scene, you drew a weapon without announcing yourself. Furthermore, you didn't ask the subject to comply or surrender in order to proceed with an arrest. The moderator acted in accordance with their training and necessary procedures. Therefore, I will be voiding this incident. Thank you for your understanding.
