Templar said here that we cant DM staff but look at the community rules on the website.

Also, note we never got a warning for this.

For a bit of background, we were chasing a sheriff for speeding and he was evading without lights or sirens. 

Then we got him over and we fought.

The only thing about Templar is that he said that we could not DM staff even though the Community rules clearly state in section 1B rule 12 that we can directly tell moderators about stuff that happened.

Another big note is that we can't even read the staff guide and some of the staff members are telling us those rules like we can follow them.

He's partially working for the HR team, thus he is reasonable to why he deems himself as HR.
