Give us an Incident Description: He showed up to S&K chased after a civ on foot, when said civ did nothing wrong. The CHP then proceeded to unload 7 bullets into the civ. After doing so he then drove off in his cruiser started a 10-80. We then had his vehicle pinned back at S&K where the CHP attempted to TA and or TK an RPD Officer "RDM" which will be provided in the x2 clips.
What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, TA, and TK.
How long do you think the player be punished for: 1 day ban.
