Give us an Incident Description: I pulled up to a panic involving 4 suspects in a blue pickup killing two officers. I kill one suspect and tsmfang1 (red shirt) hops out and in the clip, you can see he is cuffed. I continue to gun down the blue pickup and tsmfang1 kills me while he is cuffed.
