Give us an Incident Description: I was arresting a suspect for assault + threats and he kept saying he died so its NLR for the threats but he still assaulted an officer after the NLR so i was arresting him for it and he started bypassing by saying terms like "mf" which yk what it means and also said some other stuff which i couldn't clip it time that was all i could get.
