Why I should have the warning Expunged: I will admit it didn't seem right to be able to spawn a new car in the middle of a chase, but I am new and have seen other people do it and I didn't see it listed in the rules that i cant spawn a new car if i crash mine to get away. I do understand it was how it is FRP and I'm sorry, I'm just new and did not realize i could not do that. It was my mistake and I will not do it in the future, please understand.

I believed I used the correct format, but it has already been a day and other people have been responded to. I appealed as soon as I could to make sure I got it taken care of. I've spent money on the game and really enjoy it, I am just new and did not understand that I could not do that. Please let me know your response, Thank you.
