Give us an Incident Description: When I was pursuing Xollare in his Bugatti, he FRP'ed multiple times for instance, he collided in to a barrier and failed to RP a crash, and drove into me head on at fast speeds while again failing to RP a crash. He then proceeded to drive off in which I stopped and began writing this staff report. If a staff member were witness me doing the same thing Xollare did I would have got a warning.
