Give us an Incident Description: Gun point to get a civ out the car then the HP turned and shot me, LATER found out the civ would crash LEO intentionally and then the HP would shoot them after they would get out. I was not the only one.

Review Notes: Used !help for MRDM and potential exploiter I clipped, I was uploading the 45 second clip which took a bit, I asked beforehand if they could jail them while it uploaded- ignored ok fair enough. I look in kill logs while my clip is uploading and hes killed 13 more people in the 2 mins I was speaking to mr axil301 and he still did nothing with that information when I shared that while we were still waiting for the clip to upload. Then with provided proof and kill logs showing every officer and our suspect randomly dying exactly at the same time (and 20 logs within 5 mins of killings people) still not good enough. Never even went to go look at them.

Just overall poor moderation skills with 0 effort to investigate- hence this person currently, is still MRDMing.
