Why I should be unbanned: I'm really sorry for what went down. I've got some serious regret over my words that led to me getting banned. Here's where it all went wrong: Login to view embedded media ,there was this guy joking around, doing some pretty messed up things to like dancing on dead bodies and whatnot. And, stupidly, I tried to also be stupid and.. joke about "touching him." Looking back, I cannot undertsand why i have said that and why i thought this was some kind of joke it was unexceptable. Why I should be unbanned: Here’s what words I have to say about my ban. Before I start off I would like to say that I have taken accountability for my actions, realizing that it was my mistakes to get me into this situation and not anyone else. Because of this I have thought about the situation and have decided to work on my rp skills to improve, this does not mean I cannot roleplay at all and that I should remain banned. Because this incident occurred on the civilian team which is a team that I rarely rp on in roleplay servers (i mostly rp on first responder teams) I was not used to the ways of a civllian rp. I attempted a roleplay in where my character had a dislike for Caltrain workers impounding my vehicle (never happend, was in rp), but unfortunately due to not commonly creating the roleplay situation but otherwise responding to it as a first responders, the actions I took may have been seen as RDM. After a moderator jailed me for an investigation I was honest with the staff member and did not get angry with him, nor did I LTAP from him. I took accountability for my actions by stating in the game and this punishment. I did not make an alt-account after being banned to access the game. After this I joined other rp games to work on my civllian operation skills, to prevent myself from getting into a situation such as this if I ever roleplay on the civillian team again. Because of this I believe I should be given a 2nd chance as I was honest, took accountability, and will promise to become a better roleplay to make a fun experience for other Perris players, and myself. If this means being under a one strike policy for months then I will accept this agreement so I can hopefully play Perris California, once again.

The CHP doesn't have an extensive fleet in-game or in real life unless your part of an division within the agency. One vehicle that isn't specific to an division is the Dodge Ram 2018 25000 Hemi 6.4 Liter pickup. The vehicle has two main components which is the cabin and then the transporting part.

The features of the cabin are the following:

• Laptop Mount w/ Laptop
• Shotgun and AR-15 placement areas
• Passenger Seat, holding an Critical Incidents Vest
• Mega-phone Radio
• Switch gears near wheel

The vehicle in real life has an top speed of 120MPH, even with it's Law Enforcement package. The vehicle is mainly not made for pursuits or normal patrolling instead for transporting people or things from once place or another. In Perris it'd be useful for Prisoner transport, especially if an person is arrested on the highway/freeway and needs to be transported to an Local booking station for holding and booking and CHP station doesn't have cells to house those people.

The ELS is that the same as their chevy tahoe, having one in the front and one in the back. It also has four single ELS lights on the Rambar. This vehicle utilizes an 3 staged ELS system along with takedown lights that make all lights on the front go steady burning. Some variants of this vehicle have two sets of 3-4 lights on both sides towards the back of the vehicle. It also contains an spotlight on the left (Driver side) of the vehicle.

Why I should be unbanned: The incident occurred nearly a year ago and I've matured more over the time I've been banned. To give insight into how I got banned, there was a cop that was RDMing (Random Death Matching) all the people in spawn. I retaliated by shooting at the RDMr which caused other cops in spawn to shoot at me. This caused a chain reaction where I was shooting at several cops within spawn. By the time an admin came to the scene, he held me responsible. I was upset with not only the people who were shooting up the spawn, but I was also upset at the admin. In the heat of the moment, I began tool abusing the administrator which is why I got permanently banned

If I have only not retaliated and simply called an admin while keeping my cool, the whole ban would have been avoided. I understand what went wrong, and now I know what not to do and what to do. Additionally, I've put money into Mountain Interactive before and have been a relatively active member within the community prior to the ban. I want to continue putting money into the game, and become a good member of the community. Therefore, I hope that the staff team considers appealing my ban and welcoming me back into the community as I have learned my lesson.

I don't know exactly for what reason but whenever I try to join the discord server on my main discord account it won't let me. I've tried creating a separate discord account to see if that would solve the issue and it did let me join but when I introduced my phone number in order to verify it kicked me out of the server and I couldn't rejoin again.
I dont remember to have ever been banned from this game.

Why I should be unbanned: The reason I'm appealing this is because I have no idea what I even got banned for. I think I should be unbanned because I believe I didn't do anything the day it happen was on a Friday and all day I was on and off from about 3 pm EST to 6 pm EST. Me and my parents were working around the house before they left for dinner I came back with the food they ordered for me and I came upstairs to fine I had been unbanned with only V-OSP on the ban template on Roblox. I feel like I know what the reason is due to when I argued with RSCO about a rdm that I committed but it wasn't actually rdm because he had a gun and asked me to kill him, the gun was for safe measures, but I did kill him as asked and had a photo and clip of it and then the cop shot me as I walked away and then I said why did you shoot me when I ran and he said because you shot him so I didn't care that much but then he said he was reporting me for rdm and like nitrp or something but idk like I'm still unsure what the reason is. I never said anything that didn't get filtered no harassment no inappropriate clothes like I'm kind of confused.
