First off, I have the authority to issue moderation action towards any member within the Mountain Interactive community on all platforms and services. Second, for all I care, I could have banned 20 people recently as long as they are justified and they are breaking the rules, and calling me a bolt legged bitch would justify it like you called me.

Ban Reason: Fail Roleplay, Team Abuse, Tool Abuse
Why I should be unbanned: Nowhere in the rules it was stated that going onto a police team and roleplaying as a fake cop was team abuse, they claimed it was common sense which it is not at all common sense. They also added false reasonings to the ban, we had never fail roleplayed, they also added tool abuse which we never did, in the notes they stated "but they decided to go kill him and abuse their power" which we did not try and kill him, we tried to take the sheriff hostage and then the sheriff shot at us first (Fear RP violation). Also a permeant ban for this type of action does NOT seem reasonable as we agreed that we were somewhat in the wrong and that we were sorry and from the moderators message it seemed like he was giving us a very strict warning.

Time of Occurrence: May 20th, 2024 1:39:38 AM (moderators time)
Additional members involved/witnessing: PolskiHuligan, and another person that I don't remember their username but their ID may be 8382374234

Why I should be unbanned: Because i feel like they should've been calm with me at first and im a scorpio i get mad easily So when Someone makes me mad i just disrespect them I know that Isn't a good enough reason but they came at me saying i left a mod scene my internet is bad i can screen recording me playing it's horrible i lagged and it kicked me out so i joined back the mod was no where to be found so i went on with my day then they gonna talk bout your getting kicked off the team u didn't even let me say why I left like It's annoying and yesterday i literally was just able to link my roblox acc finally I missed 2 weeks of my subscription and soon as im able to play I get banned So i need a refund or something cause trust and believe my mom has good lawyers so if i need them to get my money back ill get them because that's not fair like yall gonna buy me a need wifi box and laptop just so i won't leave again or something. But thanks for taking time out of your day to read my message and hopefully your having a good day and have a good days forever.
