Why I should be unbanned: well I'm going to start with him stealing a patrol car that was alone, it was me and my friend but we wanted to steal one more car that caught our attention which was a red corvette, we already had it as a target and we just needed to stop it with the patrol car with the sirens lights on and he fled, we chased him until we surrounded him and our friend came down with a gun to threaten him and take him down but the owner of the corvette wanted to flee so my friend shot and killed him. Then we already had a corvette and the patrol car and we were just driving around until my friend was stopped by a patrol car and the arrest, and I just stayed watching. After he did his duty, I let him go and we continued driving until we stopped to see our gun and that's when I missed a shot and a patrol just passed by and saw me, so I ran away and out of nowhere while I was fleeing my car exploded and that's when an admin put me in the cage and my friend They erased the corvette and also put it in a box.

Why I should be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I saw how other undercover FBI units, And CHP units as well started shooting the Garbage Truck, so I thought that Garbage Truck was armed and was about to charge at us with his truck, or run from us, because why in the world would the units shoot him, first without a reason. Although I was the one to delivered the final shot, I did it for RP Intentions not as RDM. My Point is that I thought the Garbage Truck driver was armed, and that he was shooting at us, I really couldn't tell from all the light aimed at his truck. When he was blocked in around 0:23 in the video, that when I thought he shot at us all within RP Intentions. when in the front seat or passenger seat of a vehicle, you should be able to press a keybind that opens or closes the door to create ease of access for getting out. in theory, you'd be able to press "N" (or whatever keybind it'd be set to) once and the door would open. you'd be able to press it again and the door would close. clicking the door is inconvenient when rolling up to a call fast cuz it's borderline impossible to actually click the door when ur going past 50. i don't think this would be too hard to script and it'd greatly add on to gameplay

Why I should be unbanned: When the crash occured I didn't think much of it cuz things like that happen all the time i always get people that ram into me at like 50 mph and abosuletly destroy my car and they just speed off and the crash that occured during that time was not intentional as you can see i tried reducing my speed and at the time of the collision i was going like 10 mph also a bit of lag as usual and at the time of the crash i was so focused on the getting away that since it was such a slow crash from my point of view compared to what i have seen and also my air bags didnt deploy indicating my car is no longer functional i didnt think much of it and i kept going. I know it's 2 days but i was told to still go ahead and appeal it and i wanna try my best to not have this on my record in the future as it wasn't intentional and i wasn't really able to tell exactly that, that kind of crash irl would probably disable the car as the mod said. I just thought as long as the car doesn't become non-functional (catches on fire or airbags) id be fine but i also learned regardless of that if i crash i should rp that but as i said the crash was not that fast and i did not come to a conclusion that i needed that it was that bad to the point where i had to stop. So I'm just wondering if there is any possible way it would be justifable to get this off my record just incase i wanna join the moderation team in the future or such and i just wanna keep a clean record as this was not something that should put a permanent mark on my account.
