Why I should be unbanned: I believe that I should be unbanned as I truly did not intend in violating the rules that were listed for my ban reason and that I deeply apologize and have remorse for anything I did violate. This occurred as I was in a pursuit with multiple officers, and I spun out multiple times and had bumps at speeds that were not too excessive which I continued to drive with. At that time, I believed that the crashes were not too severe and I thought that it was okay to continue and I had the intention to RP my crashes if they were more severe. I also was seen to have been 'boxed' in one of the clips and I was told that I somehow bugged my way out of the box. But this is not true and at that time, I had the space to free myself from the box. I really believe that the 'bugging' was desync and that I had to intent there to NITRP. From that, I truly had no intent to GTA-D and NITRP. I will 100% take the blame for any of the violations I may have committed and I will take this as a learning lesson for the future. I genuinely love the community and Perris as a whole. And loving this community means that I will use this learning experience and make sure to abide by the rules and familiarize myself with them to avoid any incident like this. Again, I truly did not mean to violate the rules listed and I apologize a lot. Thank you, and I hope that I am given the chance to enjoy the experience once again.

Description Of the Incident: I would like to report this admin due to this staff member not committing to the RP, there was a deputy that was driving a CHP charger and was promptly arrested by myself and 2 people from the police department. (all of which are on the recording) once I got to the sheriff station and was in the holding cells area, a admin (which was Valenzuela253) ran in and asked the detainee why he was arrested, I then responded with the crime he committed to which I was shutdown by Valenzuela253, even the detainee admitted what he done wrong but this admin wanted me to let him go. even though if this happened IRL he would be arrested. the admins excuse was that the detainee was a deputy (even though that makes no difference) (I do have a recording of this deputy being in the CHP car) The admin called on his phone for help which is shown also on the recording which shows he was able to make the deputy a civ so he could be charged but instead of asking the arresting officer he asked the detainee what he wanted like it works like that. I then kept asking for this admins user to which he refused to give it to me until the end of the scene. What should have happened is that he would have been charged for the crime that was committed and not bailed out by a admin. I'm unsure if the detainee and the admin was friends or not but something didn't seem right with how this admin wanted to go, it was rather didn't know how laws work and think police are invincible or they was friends. Why I should be unbanned:
To begin I would like to thank you for reading my appeal. I do not believe the reason is accurate and I genuinely believe the ban to be false as I'll explain below. I had been pursued by two officers approximately 5/10 minutes before the incident occured in which I failed to stop. I was concerned that these officers would continue to pursue me so after spotting their vehicle talking to a bunch of civilians (probably complimenting their two nice cars or something) which I didn't deem to be a RP scenario. I made the decision to fire on them with the intention of killing them, due to our ongoing interactions I believed this was a warranted way of dealing with the fact I was wanted and a BOLO was on my vehicle and they would have already spotted me as I turned the corner to get gas.

As you can see from the video I used my rifle to kill the two officers that I believed wished to arrest me. This is where I don't believe I am guilty of any RDM. Under MIR&R § 106: Random Deathmatch (RDM), Player who randomly shot & killed another player for no underlying reason. I had a clear and articulable reason as to why I killed these officers and once they had died I disenganged.

In the video you can see my put away my firearm at 0.03s after killing the officers, I was then fired upon by civilians despite no longer having a weapon out and walking backwards. I would have fled this scene at this point as my roleplay scene had concluded, however I was then fired upon by un*uniformed individuals on all sides. This is the second level as to why I disagree with the ban.

I was shot at by 4+ individuals surrounding me, I then equipped my pistol and simply defended myself against a bunch of civilians firing at me, after watching the recording on Medal it shows that staff where involved in the scene? If this is the case why did they not :FF and exit roleplay to speak to me about what they believed to be RDM, instead they resorted to firing at me themselves implying they believed it was RP. I believe I killed a majority of the civilians firing on me and was killed by one and downed. At this point, likely due to all the acitivity my roblox crashed and when I went to rejoin the server it was full and I was unable to.

My ban reason is RDMx 7, however this implies that defending myself is also RDM as I did not initiate RP with the civilians on scene yet they fired on me after I put my weapon away.

Why I should be unbanned: As at 5/8/2024 around 10:53 PM MST. I was in the main chat sending funny gifs through the chat and talking to people when I sent a lizard on a surfboard in the chat and everybody started freaking out but I was confused and didn't know what was happening and nobody said anything and were just pinging the admins. Then I received a message from "Circle" saying that I was banned for a TOS Violation. I asked one of the admins why I was and he told me to open it in the browser so I did. And I look at it and just says the N word over and over. I was very shocked and surprised because I never knew that was there and after that, I unsaved the gif and apologized to the admin. I believe this is an honest mistake. I am apart of RPD and very good friends with Captain_Man2014. He knows I would never do something like this on purpose or ever. Why I should be unbanned:
I disagree a bit with the banning verdict. What does the administrator mean by "intentionally?" I don't deny my guilt of breaking the RDM rule, but I had no intention of intentionally killing someone
The reason the ban was issued to me was because of RDM. After opening the forum, I read that killing less than 5 people does not violate the MRDM rule, but it does violate the RDM rule, which is class B. And for breaking class B rules I should receive a temporary ban for 24 to 48 hours.
I don't deny my guilt for breaking the rules, I am guilty for killing an innocent player, I ruined his game, but I think a permanent ban is too harsh a sentence for one murder. I am willing to take a different punishment, or go on probation where I play without violations.
P.S. I couldnt find proof at https://simpleadm.in/banlist, so I cant find proof of even the original kill the administrator told me about.

Incident Description
Was shot by this person while talking with other players. Claimed to have been "firing back", meaning that shots were being fired at them and they were defending themself. However, the video I recorded shows that no shots were being fired at all. Additionally, for the past 20 or so minutes before the clip was taken, they had been repeatedly mass RDM'ing everyone, dying, respawning, and doing it over again, but I don't have a sufficient video for proof, so I am only reporting them for the one RDM.

Before I start I just want to say I love Perris California and the Roleplay behind I have been playing it for probably almost 3 years if I remember. It has a different aspect all around it that makes it stand out from other roleplay games. The only issue is you are not anymore, unfortunately, I've started to see y'all have become super strict on stuff like crime and mischievous acts that you are supposed to do in the RP it's what makes it fun. But when you get banned over causing a firefight with someone else or doing a gang war it's starting to become a problem. Because I personally play as a sheriff and running into those fights is always so much fun. But here is a rundown of what I would fix to make the game better for everyone.

• Bring back gamepasses first off, this whole subscription stuff is a scam because you're taking more money from us and giving us less. Instead of us just being able to spend 1k or 2k robux on CHP to have it forever we are stuck paying 10 bucks which is about 1k robux a month just to play that and some other factions.

• Bring back the old crash effects, That was my favorite part where I would slam into my buddy's car on accident or in a violent car chase and I hit a pole and it just went all black its the funniest thing ever. I know there were probably some issues where someone would hit something just right, But that's realistic for cars you can set off people air bags with a good punch or a small whack of a baseball bat.

• More ways to make money/ More nonsubscription requiring jobs. Nobody is here to drop 10 bucks a month to play a Roblox game its not what roblox is its a community of people making games for other people for basically free. Without having stuff for people who can't play takes a huge hit on your player count because people get bored or there is no reason to play.

• Fix you're discord and Mountain interactive website to make it more accessible to the community, I don't if it is because I am stupid or it's just you guys because I can't find a single place to chat or report stuff in discord which makes it hard for people to connect because a lot of people don't want to do the website stuff because people are scamming and all we could know yall could be a bunch of 14-year-olds stealing peoples info. So I would stick to the discord because it worked in the past. Stop making stuff harder on yourself by trying to go over the top for something you don't have to.

• Also, start acting like a company if you're going to be a company, listen to the people and see what they enjoy the most, and stop only chasing for the dollar because so far y'all are getting greedy and going down a bad road. I mean shoot the map for Perris isn't even accurate and you all have made other maps with better detail and more work in months and yall have been working on this for a few years to my knowledge.

I mean nothing to insult you but get your guys to act together if your heart is really set on making a game to bring people together and look at the community more than yourselves.
