To provide clarity, I possess a complete video lasting three minutes and fifty-one seconds, which details the events leading up to the incident. The individual in question had been pursuing me from Bond Dental to Bank of America, persistently demanding firearms, including sniper rifles, while approaching me in an increasingly threatening manner alongside another individual. This pursuit lasted for nearly one minute and thirty seconds, during which I felt my safety was compromised.

Upon reaching Bank of America for responding to the PANIC call, that area was not entirely secured and remained a crime scene. I wouldn't know if he or all of them is involved in this PANIC call because it was not secured at all. I was acutely aware that one of my pursuers was armed and had previously committed an act of violence. As he approached me, he aggressively commanded, "GIVE ME YOUR SNIPER" and "COME HERE," while invading my personal space to within eight inches and keep pushing me away. This proximity posed a significant threat, as he could easily have stolen my weapon.

In defense of my safety, I made the decision to discharge my firearm, aiming to deter him rather than inflict lethal harm. I communicated my intent to him, stating that I would not comply with his demands. Therefore, I believe that the ban imposed upon me may not take into account the full context and nuances of the situation.

Now the RDM part, The guy I killed in the video was a person affiliated with a gang that we had beef with and he had a gun as shown in the video which he used to shoot me with after I got healed, he ran away and never came back, and I saw him here so I killed him as revenge for him shooting me and running away (Yes I didn't die when i got shot), then I was running around normally and his "gang" came around me and were screaming at me and I ran away, and I came back for revenge and the revenge happened at the tavern, and they shot me again before it happened and ran away ( I didn't die) then the incident of the tavern happened.
