Hey, my premium is not working ingame, how do I fix this?

I purchased the Platinum subscription a while ago, and even relinked all of my accounts. It's not working and I have no clue what to do next.

Is the Titanium VIP worth of buying or not? And what perks they have?

My game passes in game do not work, however 7/8 hours ago they were working fine (This was before the recent update with booking fixed and 1 day trial stuff), I don't know how this happened or why. Hello, I think I was banned for something I didn't do, if you want to take a look at the ban appeal you'll understand, as far as I remember I didn't abuse TOS and I just broke the LTAA rule, and I didn't abuse any TOS administrator or staff, could you send me proof that I ate TOS

I tried to join Perris then it kicked me out and said "SERVER ALTERNATE DETECTION BY MOUTAIN INTERACTIVE CORP."

I recently decided to join this community, however I can't join the main game, it says that my account isn't eligible to join the game because I'm playing on an alternative account. However.. I only really play on one account, I've had other acocunts over the years, but I've used this account ever since I made it back in 2020. Can anyone help me out?? I'm just really confused.

Hello, I've had Premium for a while, and the experience was great, and fantastic. Now, it has come to a decision to remove my premium, since I have a life, and I need to do some things other than Mega-Larp... Anyways, my question for y'all today is how I cancel my subscription. I bought it prior to the website change... but I'm worried it auto-pays, so... I would very like that NOT to happen. Just a simple question.

When I try to verify in the discord, it says I'm already verified under some other account. I have no idea what this account is or why I'm verified under it. I don't know what to do about it.

Cant find mountain interactive files

I bought the lifetime premium while it was on sale for about 200 bucks. I do not have premium I on my MI website profile or my Discord profile nor do I also don't have premium in the game. I linked AND unlinked my Discord and Roblox TWICE each to ensure that was not the issue. My MI forum account is currently connected to my Roblox (TeamDoge12354) and my Discord (VeryStormy6952). My discord username used to be black and it said "Titanium VIP" under my name, but now it does not. I did /verify in Discord and it says that my roblox account is connected. See attached files/images. If I need to contact a mod with a SS proof of the order number/invoice I received, I can do that. If this a community wide issue and it will be fixed shortly then no need to worry.
